Hannah and Caleb in their AWESOME goggles after they built their satuday Lowes project.
Shawn got to go on Trek this year! I was so jealous!!! Anyway, here are the pics of his welcome home, and with a "sister" on trek with the kids.
Caleb is the Bandaid king!!! He has ouchies all day and needs a bandaid on each one (for the 2 min. he keeps it on). I think I will have to invest stock in bandaids...
This is the kids and my new favorite thing to do. We ride our bikes down the Jordan Park Way and we sometimes we go see the ducks. We go every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday because it is so fun. Maybe I will take some pics of us on our bikes today to add.....
For Sarah's last liberty girl activity this year she got to show them the newspaper that they each made this year for school. She did such a good job and she was so proud to show them the stories and pictures that she had wrote about. She did a really good job!!!
For the Fausett Reunion this year they are doing pinewood derby races. So, Shawn has been working like crazy to help each of the kids do a car/truck. It is so fun to watch them tell him what they want, say they want to do it, and then watch him help them and make it work. He has some good skills man! I am a so lucky I have a husband who can figure out how to fix anything, build anything, and even with the wrong tools most the time!
When the boys went to fathers and sons camp me and the girls rode our bikes to Artic Circle for dinner, rented movies, and painted our nails. Then... we sent this picture to the boys to tell them good night.
For Fathers day we went to the Richins. The kids got out all of the scooters and bikes and had a blast riding down the hill like Ryan, Shaun, Jessica, and I did when we were little.
Sarah and I went to Activity day camp this week. I am the activity day leader and Sarah is finally old enough to be part of our group! It was fun spending the two days together and to see her try new things and get to play with the girls.
We are a CRAZY but having fun being that way family. We have 6 kids. They are Sarah-12, Joseph-10, Hannah-8, Caleb-6, Jacob-3, and Lydia -14 months. We love animals and the outdoors, and homeschooling!
*People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. *If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. *If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway. *If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway. *What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway. *If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway. *The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway. *Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway. *In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.
